This packaging container combines the classic texture of glass with the convenience of modern plastic lids, and is widely used in the field of food packaging. Its' heavy-duty 'design means it is thicker and stronger than ordinary glass bottles, designed to provide better protection and durability.
Advantages
- Bottle body: Made of high borosilicate glass or soda lime glass. High borosilicate glass is known for its excellent heat and cold resistance (able to withstand large temperature differences without breaking); Sodium calcium glass is more common, economical, and has good chemical stability.
- Bottle Wall: "Heavy duty" is reflected in its thick bottle wall and bottom, providing additional mechanical strength and stronger impact and pressure resistance.
- Lid: Made of food grade plastic such as PP (polypropylene), PET, or HDPE (high-density polyethylene). These materials are safe, lightweight, durable, and often come with sealing gaskets (such as foam PE or silicone).
- Sealing performance:Plastic covers are usually embedded with elastic gaskets inside, which generate strong pressure by tightening the cover to achieve airtight and liquid tight sealing. This can effectively prevent content leakage, moisture, and loss of fragrance.
